Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the CardPulse mobile application or Market Intelligence web tool operated by CardPulse ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CardPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to use our services.

2. Description of Service

CardPulse provides:

CardPulse App — A mobile application for tracking market data of products, scanning trading cards, tracking watchlists, and locating card vending machines
Market Intelligence Tool — A web-based tool providing Pokémon TCG price history, market analysis, and AI-generated market insights

3. Market Intelligence — Important Disclaimer

The CardPulse Market Intelligence tool is for informational purposes only. All market data, AI-generated forecasts, buy/sell confidence scores, and market analysis are provided as educational and informational content only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or recommendations to buy or sell any trading card or product. Past price performance is not indicative of future results. Always conduct your own research before making any purchasing or selling decisions.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

CardPulse Pro is a paid subscription available on a monthly basis. By subscribing:

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers on our platform
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Resell or redistribute access to CardPulse Pro features
Submit false or misleading information

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CardPulse — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of CardPulse and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Pokémon TCG card names, images, and related content are trademarks of The Pokémon Company. CardPulse is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company or TCGPlayer.

8. Third-Party Data

Market price data is sourced from publicly available TCGPlayer archives via tcgcsv.com. CardPulse does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in market data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to any financial losses based on market data or AI analysis provided by our platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of CardPulse after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
